With over 31 years of experience in the airline industry, Jason Ulm brings a strong background in customer service and hospitality to his new career in real estate. A 2001 graduate of the University of Kentucky, Jason is excited to apply his service-driven mindset to helping clients navigate one of life’s most significant decisions—buying or selling a home.

Jason’s passion for real estate was sparked by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. His inspiration grew after meeting Alan and Beth Stanfield and witnessing their genuine care and dedication to both their clients and team. Motivated by that example, Jason is committed to delivering an exceptional real estate experience rooted in professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys weightlifting, cooking, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife, teenage son, and their three beloved dogs.
