In Kelly’s more than 20 years of living in Pearland, she has seen tremendous growth and change.  She values giving back to the community that has been such a huge part of the formation of her children’s growth and outlook.  She has served on the Board of Directors of each of the organizations she is a member.  She is a Paul Harris Fellow in the Pearland Rotary as well as a member of the Pearland Exchange Club and Partners for Pearland.  She has also served as the Executive Director for the Pearland Neighborhood Center.

After serving in the United States Army for 20 years Kelly went back to college and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  She also earned her teaching certification and taught special education at Pearland ISD.  It is Kelly’s desire to use her unique experience along with her knowledge and love for her community to serve both buyers and sellers in their real estate needs.

A native of the Texas Hill Country, Dana moved to Friendswood eleven years ago, following graduation from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. A graduate of La Marque High School, Tom Summerville received his business degree from Lamar University in Beaumont in 1973.

.

He began his successful sales career immediately after college with Roadway Express, Inc., but shortly after found his passion selling to the construction industry with Duo-Fast as a sales and service representative where he received numerous sales awards.

.

Tom crossed over from fasteners to electrical sales and became a Top 10 sales representative for Hi-Line Electric and eventually recruited, trained and managed half of their US sales force in 12 states.  He returned to the fastener industry in 1998 and proceeded to manage 35 locations and approximately 200 employees in the Texas/Oklahoma market before retiring in 2014.

It didn’t take long for Tom to realize that he wasn’t quite ready to plow a garden and watch it grow in his retirement.  He earned his Real Estate Broker’s license in 1987 and is excited to follow his life-long passion for sales through serving his clients and making their home dreams a reality.  In addition to his real estate career, Tom has a love of God, enjoys fishing & spending time with family and volunteers at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Brooke Taylor has lived in the Friendswood/League City area for the past twelve years. Maegan was born and raised in Pearland, graduating from Pearland High School in 2003. She and her family settled in Friendswood in 2017 for the fantastic schools and friendly community. She enjoys volunteering with school PTOs as well as coaching volleyball for her daughters.
